Head Coaches
We are always looking for Rugby coaches, multi sport coaches or people who would like to get involved in coaching to join our coaching team. Requirements are a knowledge of rugby, confidence, out-going, great with young children, 100% reliable and interested in contributing to the success of Little Ruggers. You must have excellent communication skills and be physically fit for this role, which involves coordinating and helping run Rugby Based activity classes for children aged 2 to 8 years.
Assistant Coaches
We are also always looking for assistant coaches to help our head coaches run our classes. Similarly to our head coaches, we are looking for people who are confident, out-going, great with young children, 100% reliable and interested in contributing to the success of Little Ruggers. You must have good communication skills and be physically fit for this role, which involves helping run Rugby based activity classes for children aged 2 to 8 years.
The above roles are paid positions and full training is given.
**Please note: All Little Ruggers Positions are positions of trust and as such are exempt from the 1974 UK Rehabilitation of Offenders Act UK. A valid enhanced Criminal Records Bureau disclosure will be required in the UK. All coaches and assistant coaches will be required to attend the Little Ruggers Training Programme including Child Protection.
